Q: Can I pay for my purchase through Payroll Deduction?

A: No. We are not linked with Allina Health and therefore can not use payroll deduction for payments. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or by Paypal payment. Instructions are given during check out.

 

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: Yes. For Allina Health Employees who provide a valid Allina email address, we provide a 60 day warranty on the hardware of the computer. This means that should any hardware part on the computer (hard drive, LCD screen, CD Drive, etc) fail under normal use during the first 60 days of ownership, we will either fix, replace or refund the computer. We do not warranty any software issues or viruses that may occur. We do recommend installing some type of virus software on the PC Laptops.

 

Q: Do you allow returns if I don't like the computer or can't use it like I thought I could?

A: While we understand that sometimes a purchase is made and the computer will not do what you want it to, either due to the age of the computer or the speed of the processor, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for a computer returned that has no hardware defect. We strongly suggest that you email us with any questions about performance of the machine prior to purchase. Ultimately we want to have satisfied customers. If our product will not meet your needs we will tell you.
