This laptop is ready to use when it is shipped!
These are used laptops. They are in very good shape. The machines are booted up to assure working condition is good, screens look good - no dead pixels. There may be minor cosmetic scratches or scrapes on both the lid and the base. These marks are consistent with daily use and are not severe. We have several to sell, the pictures are representative of the quality that you will receive. Our goal is happy customers.
Battery Condition:
The battery sold with these machines is sold as is. The battery does hold a charge. We can not guarantee if the battery will hold a charge for very long. You may need to purchase a new battery in order to use the machine without an AC adapter for any extended length of time. An AC adapter is included with purchase.

Paypal, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card payments can be taken online when you complete your order.
Verification of Allina Health employment through a valid Allina Health email account is required before shipment. Please use your Allina Health email address when checking out in order to validate the 90 day warranty. If a non-Allina Health email address is used, the warranty is reduced to 30 days.
Shipping:
Shipping for Allina Health Employees is FREE. We will ship to the address given during checkout. Please provide a street address as we can not ship to PO Boxes. FREE Shipping is available for Continental US addresses only. A signature is required upon delivery of all shipments.
Warranty Information:
We guarantee that the Laptop will work as described when it arrives to you. It is sold with a 90-day non-DOA warranty. Any hardware problem with the laptop must be reported via email within ninety (90) days of receipt of shipment. We will either replace or refund should a DOA situation occur. We do NOT refund for buyers remorse. These are used laptops. There will be signs of use on the case. If a non-Allina Health email address is used at check-out, the warranty is reduced to 30 days.
